Priya Kher - Director
Priya Kher is a learning and performance consultant who is the Director at Collective Quest®. She has a Master’s in Counselling Psychology from the Adler University, Chicago, USA, and is an Associate Certified Coach from Erikson College International. She has an advanced certification in MBTI® assessment, and has an international certification to administer and interpret psychological instruments like the MBTI®, FIRO-B, and 16PF from CPP, USA.
She is passionate about learning and development and has been a facilitator, coach and instructional designer since 1996. For over six years she was the Chief Learning Officer and Head of Corporate Training at Symbiosis Centre for Management and HRD, Pune, where she was responsible for curriculum design and corporate development activities. She was responsible for introducing competency-based selection at SCMHRD; a selection design that is still followed today.
She established Collective Quest® in 2010 to support organisations in developing their people capability. Monisha Singh has over 18 years of experience as a Communication and Softs Skills trainer. She has a Master’s in Sociology and Journalism, and is an Associate Certified Coach from Erikson College International. She has a certification in MBTI® assessment, and has an international certification to administer and interpret psychological instruments like the MBTI®, FIRO-B, and 16PF from CPP, USA.
As a corporate trainer, she conducts programmes in Conflict Management, Coaching Skills, Business Communication, both spoken and written. Aparna Shekar - Principal Consultant
Aparna Shekar has more than 20 years of work and facilitation experience. She has a Master’s in Business Administration, specializing in Marketing and Personnel streams. She is certified as an Assessor of Emotional Intelligence (by 6 seconds, Dubai); in Interactive Training Strategies (by Dr Thiagi, Singapore), and as an Assessor of high potentials (by DDI India). She has completed a Core Competency certificate from Dale Carnegie Training and is an empanelled Examiner with The British Council, India.
Besides the gamut of soft skills, her special focus is on facilitation in programmes like Emotional Intelligence, First Time Manager, Influencing without Authority, Communication and Presentation Skills, and Team Success.

Bhanumathi Cousik (Bhanu)
Bhanumathi Cousik (Bhanu) is an experienced professional, having handled various roles in the field of Sales and Service. Out of the total experience of 29 years, she has had 14.5 years of experience in the field of training and Executive coaching.
She started her career in 1989 in Grindlays followed by ANZ. She handled Service-Cards and Banking in Standard Chartered Bank (SCB), South. As Service Quality and Sales Head (UAE process), Scope International, she managed customer experience for the SCB UAE Operations. She has handled projects on process migration and mentoring teams to adapt to change. She was instrumental in developing the Customer and Coaching Interaction Cycle for each of the processes in UAE Operations, which was the guideline for formulating the coaching methodology. Her roles included handling large teams in Service, Sales, Training, Coaching and leading a team.
She sets herself to International Training standards, and as a life member with Frontier Trainings who specialize in Experiential learning activities, she had developed her expertise in programs based on experiential learning. She is a member with International Association of Facilitators (IAF) which specializes on facilitation skills.
She has a certification in Behavioral Training from Oscar Murphy International (OMi), International Trainers Academy Certification (ITA) in Leadership, Customer Service and Sales and is an NLP practitioner. Sasmit Vasantgadkar is an M.Com, PGDITM and GNIIT diploma holder. He has over 10 years of experience in management training, technical training and soft skills training and has been associated with B-Schools, NGO's and corporates.
Sasmit has experience in managing a team and working with several experts in the field of Data Analytics, Competency Mapping and Behaviour Event Interview (BEI). He has also been a part of the selection process at Symbiosis Institute of Media and Communication. Niranjana Neelakantan consults in organization design and talent management. She is a specialist in the organization design and life cycle of start-ups. She has worked across several industries including pharma, telecom, logistics, education, social enterprise and IT and has experience on organizational structure and design, performance management, organizational capability building, leadership development, and design of competency based frameworks and development centers. Niranjana also works closely with senior professors in her field and has written and presented papers with Professors at IIM-A and other premier institutes on topics such as organization building, gender and generational diversity, inclusion etc.

Preeti Dulat - Commercial Director
Preeti Dulat, the Commericial Director at Collective Quest™, is an MBA and M.Com in Banking and Finance. She has over 20 years of diversified experience in financial services (Retail Banking), consulting and entrepreneurship. Her banking experience has given her extensive exposure in the areas of customer networking and service, operational experience in all areas of branch banking, training, financial management, projects and business development. Her work in the area of head hunting gave her the expertise in assessment and interviewing, as well as liaising with individuals, corporate and government agencies.
